Privacy Policy

1. The subject of this Policy is the Player personal data processing procedure.

2. Personal data - information or a collection of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified (e.g., first and last name, age, gender, any preferences or IP address, and other online identifiers).

3. Personal data subject - natural person whose personal data is being processed. The Player is a personal data subject within the meaning of this Policy and legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

4. Personal data owner - natural person or legal entity, who determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the content of such data and their processing procedure. The Organizer is a personal data owner within the meaning of this Policy and legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

5. Personal data controller - natural person or legal entity, who is given the right to process this data on behalf of the Personal data owner by the Personal data owner or by law. Information on Player personal data controllers is provided by the Organizer on the grounds of a written request from the Player and/or is contained in the text of this Policy.

Personal data processing - any action (operation) or number of actions (operations) carried out with personal data with or without the use of automation means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), withdrawal, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

7. All other special terms used in this Policy have the meaning defined in the Agreement or in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1. The Organizer has the right to store and process any information entered by the Player on the Website or provided to the Organizer in any other way.

When a Player is registering on the Website, depositing funds into a customer's account, receiving a payout and/or paying for other services provided by the Organizer on the Website, and/or using the Website, its individual services, the Organizer may request the following information from the Player:

• first name, last name of the Player, email address, telephone number, year of birth, gender, pseudonym, photo, login information, passport data, identification code. Mandatory information is marked by the Organizer with special icons, other information is provided at the discretion of the Player;
• information automatically transmitted to the Organizer during the use of the Website using the software installed on the Player's device, including the Player's IP and MAC address, cookie information, information about the country and (or) city of the Player, information about the Internet browser of the Player (or other program that accesses the Website), access time, address of the requested page, about the Player's device that accesses the Website.
• information that is collected automatically also includes information about the Player's interaction with the Website, with promotions posted on the Website.
• the Organizer collects information about the Player's history on the Website (for example, betting history, viewed games, search queries); information on the interaction of the Player with emails, SMS-messages, push-notifications sent by the Organizer; details of the Player's interaction with the Website support service (including the date, time and reason for the request, recordings of online correspondence, and in cases where the Player contacts by phone - the Player's phone number and recording of the conversation); information on the Player's number of bonuses on the Website;
• payment data in encrypted form when making a payment to acquire access to paid services provided by the Website;
• photo- and video-verification data.
• the Organizer collects the specified data in several ways, including when the Player enters it on the Website, contacts the Website support service, sends messages to the Organizer through the official pages of the Organizer on social media (such as Facebook, Instagram), participates in surveys and promotions conducted by the Website.
• the Player takes on obligation and guarantees to provide accurate and true personal data and to keep them up to date. The Player is aware and accepts the fact that the provision of inaccurate information to the Organizer may lead, in particular, to failure to receive relevant information, notices, warnings from the Organizer, and to termination of the Agreement. The consequences of providing inaccurate data are determined by the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine.

3. Any financial institutions and banks with which the Organizer cooperates to carry out financial transactions have the right to process the personal data of the Players, exclusively with the prior consent of the Organizer.

The Organizer collects and uses the data provided by the Player exclusively for the purposes defined below:

• enabling the Organizer to create a Player account so that the Player can make full use of the Website;
• compliance with the relevant rules regarding the registration of the Player, for example, undergoing the verification procedure, compliance with the rules of use of the offered services on the website and informing the User/Player about future events, offers and promotions from the Organizer.
• validation of Player Information, including disclosure of such information to third parties (including financial institutions, age verification and credit institutions reports) for such purposes, the search report will be retained and a third party may use the information to help others organizers for verification purposes);
• preparation of statistical data related to the use of the Services by the Player;

1. The Organizer takes necessary and sufficient organizational measures to protect Player's personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, the Organizer undertakes not to disclose information about the Player to third parties without the Player's permission, except for disclosure at the request of the court of law and/or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law of the relevant country.

The Organizer notifies the Players in advance of changes to the Policy in the following ways: (i) by sending a letter (notification) to the Player's email address (in cases where the Player has provided the Organizer with the current email address. The Organizer gives the Player the opportunity to enter their email address at any time - both during registration on the Website and after registration, by adding relevant information to their account on the Website); (ii) by posting the relevant notice (the method of providing this notice is determined by the Organizer at their discretion) on the Website's interface.
